Special Immigrants and Refugees In-State Tuition Bill
SB-87 passed a third and final reading in the Colorado Senate on February 9th, 2018! It was introduced in the House of Representatives on February 14th and assigned to the House Education Committee. It was considered on March 21st and will be formally signed by Governor Hickenlooper on May 30, 2018.
